Authentic media experienceA.J. Chambers is in his 17th year of teaching and teaches middle school digital Arts and high school film STUDIES and journalism. He received his Bachelor of Arts from Charleston Southern University and his MasterS of Science from Walden University with a focus on integrating technology in the classroom. He is a National Board certified CTE TEACHER, JEA Master journalism educator, google certified educator and an Apple teacher. HE IS THE 2019-2020 RICHLAND 2 DISTRICT TEACHER OF THE YEAR AND THE 2020 NATIONAL BROADCAST ADVISER OF THE YEAR. He is the 2019 SCSPA Adviser of the year, 2019 national distinguished broadcast adviser of the year, the 2017 JEA Special Recognition broadcast adviser of the year, a JEA Master journalism Educator, and a JEA mentor. His students have earned the prestigious NSPA Pacemaker, three Student Production awards from the Southeast Emmys, South Carolina Journalist of the Year, and multiple state, region and national awards. |
